The NRMCA Operations, Environmental and Safety Committee is conducting the six-question Regulatory Enforcement Survey through December 1, aiming to pinpoint regulatory trends on specific issues, issue types and geographic regions. While individual responses will be kept strictly confidential, survey results will inform OES member and NRMCA Government Affairs staff action on regulators’ workplace targeting and enforcement, plus fine-levying tendencies.
