Wells Concrete Acquires Hanson Structural Precast

Wells Concrete announced that effective November 1, the company has acquired the Hanson Structural Precast office and production facilities in Maple Grove, Minn. The combined organization strengthens the company’s presence in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and will enable it to offer a more complete and competitive product offering.

Wells Concrete will relocate its Golden Valley sales, engineering and construction services office to Hanson Structural Precast’s Maple Grove location to streamline business processes. The combined office will operate under the Wells Concrete name. At this time, there are no plans to eliminate any positions.
