Company has broadened the concept behind armor-type block units cast with 1-yd. of fresh concrete or returned mixes. Betonblock USA molds are made of high-strength, low-alloy steel and finished with a powder coating for long-term durability. They allow ready mixed and precast concrete producers to cast large, stackable block for stockpile divider and property walls, plus structural retaining walls.
Studs on the top and recesses in the base of the blocks, coupled with the weight of the concrete, stabilize stacked units. The design provides flexibility to extend or customize any temporary or permanent construction without the need of mortar or bonding material.
An extensive product range includes molds in many types and sizes. A partition is available for each standard size block to use one mold for the production of a single block or two half blocks. Betonblock has supplied forms and molds to 3,000-plus concrete producers and contractors worldwide.

With a 6,600-lb. tipping load, the BT2500 tilts blocks without face and edge damage.
