Ready mixed producer AVR has scheduled a roller compacted concrete demonstration near its headquarters, spotlighting for the Minneapolis-St. Paul market a heavy-duty pavement specification that agencies, engineers and owners are increasingly weighing as an asphalt alternative.
Following registration and lunch, National Ready Mixed Concrete Association Senior Director, National Resources Phil Kresge will lead off the November 6 program with an overview on RCC pavement design, construction, performance, maintenance, freeze-thaw durability and potential applications.
