RMC Foundation has scheduled a Walk for Wellness, Tuesday, September 18, in conjunction with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s ConcreteWorks Conference & Expo and NRMCA Board of Directors meeting. The events will be staged at Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Md., bordering Washington, D.C.

Mapped around the resort and along the nearby Potomac River, the walk aims to spread awareness of how wellness is an important element of daily life, including at the workplace. Proceeds from a $25/walker registration fee will benefit the RMC Foundation. Registration will be complimentary for drivers participating in NRMCA’s 7th Annual National Mixer Truck Driver Championship, September 16–17 at the resort.

Participants can complete individual registration forms, or set up their own personal fundraising pages and track their support or check other colleagues or companies registering for the Walk by clicking here. Producers with drivers participating in the championship and planning to join the Walk for Wellness can set up a corporate fundraising page to support their employee(s) here.
