NCMA and Interlocking Concrete Pavement Insititute are accepting through  January 21 entries in their joint Safety Awards Program, recognizing exemplary records among producer and associate member companies. Awards will be presented during the 2011 NCMA Annual Convention, concurrent with March 22-26 Icon Expo and ConExpo-Con/Agg show in Las Vegas.

The Safety Awards Program is open to all production or manufacturing facilities of NCMA or ICPI Producer or Associate Members in good standing, with entries based on a 2010 calendar reporting period. Each facility enters individually, with entry fees discounted for one company entering multiple operations. To enter, participants must complete and submit a copy of the facility’s OSHA 300 log or equivalent Canadian injury report, along with the Safety Awards Program Entry Form and $295/entry fee, with a $150 fee covering subsequent entries from the same company. The base fee includes participation in the awards ceremony and reception.
