Stephens and King City, Ontario-based ISL Machinery have entered an agreement whereby the former will have exclusive rights to manufacture and market the Inventure Mixer in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. “Inventure has a proven product that has been on the market for over 20 years. [Its] Reversing Drum Mixer has a reputation of consistently mixing the highest quality concrete at a very competitive cost,” said Max Stephens, president.
The Inventure addition enables Stephens Mfg. to meet the needs of customers requiring a complete central mixed plant. “Inventure’s proven product, knowledge and engineering, combined with our 53 years of manufacturing experience and extensive sales network should provide huge benefits to both companies,” said Stephens Executive Vice President Darrick Proffitt. “We can now offer the same high quality products and service for the central mix customer that our dry batch customers are accustomed to.”
The Inventure Reversing Drum will be part of the equipment Stephens presents at the 2011 World of Concrete, January 18–21 (Booth N627) and ConExpo-Con/Agg, March 22-26 (Booth S-707), both at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
