Introduced at the 2010 bauma in Munich, the Jumper series of small mobile concrete plants is engineered for standard trailer transport or delivery in 40-ft. containers, plus set-up and operation without the need for foundations. Models are supplied with galvanized components and service-ready electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
The Jumper 750 (shown here), equipped with a Simem SUN750 planetary mixer capable of 0.5-m3 output, suits on-site operation with discharge on lifting buckets, stationary pumps, or small precast plants. The model has aggregate storage capacity equivalent to 20 m3 and can be divided into four compartments. The Jumper 2500 is equipped with a Simem MSO2500 twin-shaft mixer capable 1.7 m3 output; two-, three- or four-compartment aggregate storage equivalent to 20 m3 (or an optional 50 m3 model); and, cement scale plus metered water device. The D1, the Jumper series’ dry batching model, features 3.5 m3 output and aggregate storage configuration matching the Jumper 2500. Simem www.simem.com
