The proprietor of Envirocure temperature and humidity systems for manufactured concrete products will serve the North American market from a new Boonton, N.J., office. CDS technology uses separate heat generation and water atomization to achieve desired humidity levels for block, paver, pipe and precast kilns or curing bays. The Envirocure systems create a noncondensing atmosphere, controlling air circulation, temperature, and humidity.

CDS President Andrew Hall ([email protected]), who is relocating to New Jersey, notes that the systemsÌ independent temperature and humidity controls yield efflorescence-free finished product exhibiting color and strength consistency. Certain Envirocure temperature and humidity combinations can equate to lower cement content mix designs, or higher supplementary cementitious materials usage, for dry cast concrete.
