Landscape Architects Adopt Nrmca Pervious Mix Course

Newly named an approved provider to the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System (LA CES), National Ready Mixed Concrete Association is launching

Newly named an approved provider to the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System (LA CES), National Ready Mixed Concrete Association is launching its first course for society members, Pervious Concrete: A Stormwater Solution. The online course, which examines pavements’ engineering properties, construction practice, and runoff management potential, is the first to receive the LA CES designation Û after a comprehensive review of content, materials, and instructors Û and joins a growing LA CES catalog. Additionally, Pervious Concrete is approved for American Institute of Architects and U.S. Green Building Council continuing education credits.

LA CES is a collaboration of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture, Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards, Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board and Landscape Architecture Foundation. It establishes, maintains and enforces standards for evaluating professional development and continuing education programs.
