Registration is now open for NRMCA’s new Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) Webinar, Preparing for the (Inevitable) Union Organizing Drive. This Webinar provides an overview of EFCA, including a brief history and a comparison of current law and the proposed legislation, which would dramatically impact employers’ and employees’ rights to avoid a union takeover. It will also stress the implementation of policies to deal with union activity and discuss the steps that management should take to communicate with and educate their employees on the benefits of remaining union free.
The Webinar will be presented by John G. Krutchko of Krutchko & Fries, a legal firm specializing in labor and employment benefits law, on Thursday, December 17, from 10-11:30 a.m. Eastern time.
