Under a memorandum of understanding, San Antonio-based Plant Architects/Plant Outfitters will supply Moscow’s Intellectual Building Systems technology transfer and industry consulting services. The agreement was formalized during the 2009 Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Convention, held at San Antonio’s Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Joining Plant Architects/Outfitters Principal Robert Ober (center) and his colleagues (from left) Ken Kipe, Russian branch manager, and Craig Worman, design consultant, are Intellectual Building Systems General Director Leonid Kozlov and interpreter Natalia Roganova. In addition to his construction business interests, Kozlov heads the International Congress of Industrials & Entrepreneurs Transport & Transit Committee. Plant Architects/Outfitters has been active in the Russian marketplace since 2006.
