Finfrock Construction, Inc. has been selected by Houston-based Residential Housing Development, LLC to provide the parking garage for a new student housing complex at Old Dominion University. The 742-car, ground-plus-four-elevated-level structure will be completed by year’s end. The project is the fourth design-build garage in Virginia for Florida-based Finfrock.
