The Pacific Southwest Concrete Alliance has named Guy Collignon 2009 Promoter of the Year. A 26-year industry veteran and president of Enviro-Crete, he received National Ready Mixed Concrete Association pervious concrete technician certification and later was certified as a pervious concrete craftsman Û one of four in the U.S. to achieve that rank.
