The ACI Foundation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), has announced a $50,000 donation to the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program, to be paid in equal installments over the next decade. The commitment is funded by the foundation’s Innovative Concrete Education (ICE) program, created to support new or ongoing innovative concrete-related educational programs. The CIM program is qualified to receive funds because of its goal to produce broadly educated graduates grounded in basic construction management, who are knowledgeable of concrete technology and techniques; capable of managing people and systems; and, promoting products or services related to the concrete industry.
