Patrick Dolberg, who has served as Holcim (US) chief executive officer since March 2003 and held the same title at St. Lawrence Cement in the five years prior, has been appointed to the Holcim Ltd. Executive Committee, effective October 1. He will relocate to Zurich and be responsible for the Swiss parent company’s operations in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy, plus its Cement Manufacturing Services unit.

Dolberg’s successor, Bernard Terver, will relocate to Boston-area headquarters from his current post as Holcim Ltd. Area Manager, responsible for Argentina, Chile, the Andes nations, and parts of Central America. A 31-year cement industry veteran, Terver joined Holcim France in 1999 amid the company’s acquisition of CEDEST, where he headed the Cement Division and overseas activities.
