As part of its national expansion strategy, ProSpec, Bonsal American Inc.‘s brand of professionally specified construction products, has added seven new territory managers, providing ProSpec sales representation throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Within the East/Midwest Sales Territory, Tom Lynch Û a 46-year veteran in the tile installation products business Û will focus on expanding the tile and stone installation materials business in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and parts of northern Illinois. Bret Lynch will be responsible for growing ProSpec’s tile installation materials business in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
In ProSpec’s Western Sales Territory, Gary Williams brings 15-plus years’ experience in the building materials industry to the role of Western Regional Manager. William White has been named Territory Sales Manager in southern California. Recently added as Territory Sales Manager for northern California and northern Nevada, Myron Kadillak brings nearly 20 years of sales and marketing expertise with concrete repair products and grouts to her new position. Mark Phillips, a 15-year construction industry sales veteran, has been named Territory Sales Manager covering Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and Utah. Kirk Bailey will serve as Territory Sales Manager for Arizona and Las Vegas. As Western States Business Development Manager, Scott Springs will assume responsibility for obtaining ProSpec specifications at leading architectural and engineering companies in the West, working with territory sales managers in each region to drive projects from specification to contractor level.
