James Hebe has returned to the truck group of Navistar International Corp. as senior vice president, North American sales operations. He first joined Navistar in 1971 in Boston as a management trainee, and later became a heavy truck salesman for International trucks. He rejoins Navistar from his latest role as president and dealer principal of Co-Van/Cascadia International, LLC. Prior to that he headed Seagrave Fire Apparatus LLC, joining it after serving as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Freightliner for nine years.

Jerry Reynolds recently assumed duties as director of North American field service for Hendrickson, responsible for all division activities and staff. For the past three years, Reynolds served as national service manager; prior to joining Hendrickson, he worked as manager of field service at R.H. Sheppard Co.

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Propex Inc. has appointed Woody McGee interim president and CEO, and Chief Executive Officer of Propex, effective today. An longtime consultant with Propex investor Cerberus Capital Management, he replaces Joseph Dana, who has retired after 20-plus years with Propex and Synthetic Industries.
