Fabcon announces the addition of Don Westman to the company’s board of directors. Bringing more than 25 years of management experience with manufacturing companies, Westman currently is vice president of Global Operations at Minneapolis-based Tennant Co.
Separately, Andrew Krichbaum has been promoted to regional vice president of Fabcon’s Ohio operations. There, he served as a project manager for a year and a half, overseeing Ohio region construction projects. Previously, he was the director of special projects at Signstrut Milwaukee, a major sign manufacturer, where he developed and implemented lean process improvements and redesigns with six sigma procedures.
