Reflecting a continued commitment to green building practices, Grace Construction Products notes the addition of Jennifer Hitch and Matthew Offenberg to the field technical services team. Hitch is responsible for the western region, bringing more than two decades of industry technical experience and an in-depth knowledge of supplementary cementitious materials. An active member of ASTM since 1991, she was recently named chairperson of ASTM’s Subcommittee C09.24 on Supplementary Cementitious Materials and also serves as C 09 membership secretary.
Responsible for Grace’s Southeastern region and assisting its continued promotion of pervious concrete, Offenberg brings 10 years of industry experience, including six years with Rinker Materials, where he served as pavement promotions manager and district technical manager. Currently the chairman of ACI Committee 522, Pervious Concrete, he is active in several other industry associations.
Chris Curtis and Ron Dickerson recently joined the regional sales team of iwi group, LLC. Curtis handles the states of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida, while Dickerson is the regional sales manager for Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Bringing 30-plus years’ experience in fabrication, sales, as well as concrete pipe and precast/ prestressed facility management, Curtis was first exposed to concrete plant operations when he worked with Tuscaloosa Concrete Pipe while a University of Alabama undergraduate. Similarly, Dickerson brings over two decades of sales, marketing and purchasing experience in the concrete industry, having handled national and international sales of concrete block, pipe, precast, prestress, and ready mix production equipment. He has also led development of new products, including batch plants, mixers (twin-shaft and counter current), reclaimers, and material conveyors.
