William Youngers representing United Materials of Buffalo, N.Y., was winner of the first New York Construction Materials Association Mixer Driver Rodeo staged last month in Syracuse. Youngers will represent NYCMA in October at the second annual NRMCA National Mixer Driver Championship in Phoenix. A two-time winner of United Materials’ company championship, he will participate this year in his second national championship. Noting Youngers’ success on behalf of United Materials, NRMCA Northeast National Resource Director Doug O’Neill affirms that the producer is a strong advocate of employee training, having participated in the Mentor Driver training program for many years.
