The Crack Team announces its rebranding from foundation repair specialists to concrete repair specialists to more accurately reflect its extended list of services. With more than 20 offices serving 17 states, the Crack Team’s growth led to demand for expanded crack-repair functionality. In business since 1985, the company began franchising in 2004.
Expansion into new markets and customer demand prompted Crack Team CEO Bob Kodner to develop specialized services to treat cracks and leaks in all concrete surfaces. The extended service menu offers solutions for basement walls and floors, porches, patios, steps and garages. Since roll out, system-wide sales are up 37 percent, and all of the franchisees utilize the new products on a daily basis. This was a natural extension of our expertise, says Kodner. We were focused on making sure that the new services fit our repair approach Û quick, effective and affordable.
