Meadow Burke has named Skip Francies vice president of Market and Product Development. After joining the company in 1967 as an engineering technician, he assisted in creating the infrastructure of what Meadow Burke officials note was the industry’s first Precast Supply Division. Francies has served on the boards of the National Precast Concrete Association, Florida Prestressed Concrete Association, and Architectural Precast Association. Based in Tampa, Francies is currently a Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute board member.
