Propex has appointed Mac Bridger executive vice president to increase worldwide sales of its fabrics and fibers for the geosynthetic, concrete, furnishings, and industrial markets. He will oversee international operations and worldwide marketing for all Propex product lines, including Pyramat, Actionbac, Fibermesh and Duon.

Woodridge , Ill., technology provider Systech Inc. has appointed Dickinson Autocon Systems of Silverwater, N.S.W., dealer for Integra products in Australia. According to Systech President John Rabchuk, the initial focus will be on distributing Integra Dispatch and other Integra software modules, since Dickinson has been manufacturing its own batch panel for the Australian market for a number of years.

Mixer Systems, Inc. has announced these management appointments: Company founder William O. Boles has been reappointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Assuming his title as president is Roger Gladen, who will also continue to be director of Engineering. Doug Duley has been appointed vice president, while remaining director of Parts and Purchasing. Terry Fellabaum has been named director of sales & marketing of Concrete Equipment. Mixer Systems manufactures mixers, batch plants, automated controls and material handling equipment at an 86,000-sq.-ft. plant and headquarters in Pewaukee, Wis.

Dana Corp. has completed the sale of its trailer axle manufacturing assets to Hendrickson USA, LLC. The $31 million deal includes trailer axle production equipment, inventory, and related assets at facilities in Lugoff, S.C., and Barrie, Ont.
