Besser Co. has announced a handful of staff appointments: Jerry McNamee brings over 20 years of experience in the concrete products industry, including pigment and equipment sales, to his new role as Northeast U.S. regional manager. He will be joined by Fred Bahling, veteran Besser sales representative, in serving the territory.

Ralph Schlereth will shift his responsibilities as Besser’s regional manager from the Northeast U.S. to the Midwest U.S. and Ontario. He will work with sales/service representative Russ Chenoweth and parts representative Ben Pestow as a team assisting Midwestern customers.

John Reedy, former regional manager of the Midwest U.S., will assume the role of sales manager for the U.S. and Canada, with five regional manager direct reports. Previous national sales manager Rodney Lang will fill the newly created position of sales coordinator for the Americas, where he will provide sales and technical support to the field staff.

BASF Admixtures, Inc. appointed Mark Fightmaster paving sales specialist serving the Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois regions. He will join Don Brogna and Rolland Johns in working with national and local American Concrete Pavement Association chapters and contractors to address paving challenges through the latest concrete-enhancing technologies and products. He began his career in the concrete construction industry as a paving contractor before joining BASF Admixtures in 2004 as a senior sales representative in Ohio.
