James Overstreet Jr., chief executive officer of Birmingham, Ala.-based Dunn Investment Co., announced in August the appointment of Danny Rogers as president and chief operating officer. He is responsible for a portfolio that includes Mississippi’s MMC Materials (Jackson) and Gulf Concrete (Gulfport), plus Birmingham-based Dunn Building, Dunn Construction and Dunn Roadbuilders. Rogers had held both titles at MMC Materials and Gulf Concrete, which he joined from Sherman International, also in Birmingham. His replacement at MMC is Rodney Grogran, who was promoted from vice president, and had concurrently served as president of Dunn Roadbuilders. Additionally, Mike Pepper has been promoted from MMC vice president of engineering and operations to Gulf Concrete president.
Cemstone Products Co. has named Rachel Seykora commercial account representative, responsible for sales to commercial accounts throughout Ramsey and Washington counties in Minnesota. Prior to joining Cemstone, Seykora was a sales representative with Metro Sales, Inc., of Minneapolis and also worked for Owatonna Concrete Products.
