Kraft Energy Systems has named three new sales team members Û Greg Jones, Nathan Rockwell and Amanda Robinson. Serving as Central U.S. sales manager, Jones is responsible for the Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin territories. He brings six-plus years of industry experience, previously working as a major accounts sales representative for a materials-handling corporation.
As Southwest U.S. sales manager, Rockwell will cover Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. He joins the company after serving as vice president and partner for seven years with a construction services supply business.
Robinson serves as the Northeastern U.S. sales manager, responsible for Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware and Maine. Prior to joining Kraft Energy, she spent more than six years as an account executive in the advertising and marketing industry.
BASF Admixtures Inc., the new entity behind Master Builders products, has retained Rolland Johns as a consultant in support of the company’s efforts in the paving industry. Johns will bring an understanding of the latest concrete-enhancing technologies and products to his efforts with national and local American Concrete Pavement Association chapters and contractor members to help determine and meet local paving needs. He began his 33-year career in the cement, aggregate, concrete admixture, and ready mixed businesses as a sales and marketing representative with Master Builders and, ultimately, was promoted to director of Admixture Marketing and vice president-U.S. Sales. Additionally, Johns held various senior level sales and marketing positions with Vulcan Materials, Calmat Corp., and Florida Mining & Materials/Southdown, Inc. Throughout his career, he has played an active role in the Portland Cement Association, serving as a board member and on the executive committee for over 12 years. Johns has served also as ACPA chairman and long-standing member of the board and executive committee. He continues an active membership with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and the Insulating Concrete Form Association.
FinishPro Tools, LLC of Lenexa, Kan., recently acquired the Goldblatt and Pacesetter brands from Stanley Works of New Britain, Conn. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Lenexa-based Goldblatt Tool Co. will reintroduce items into the product line while expanding on the brand’s core tools recognized in the trowel trade for more than 100 years.

MMIStrandCo has appointed Ronald Mann vice president. He will take a leading role in the expansion of MMI’s PC Strand and High Carbon Wire division and participate in the coordinated efforts of the national Construction Products sales staff. His 28-plus years’ experience in the PC strand and high carbon wire industry encompasses transportation, quality assurance, customer relations, sales and technical support. Also active in state and regional precast/prestressed concrete trade groups, Mann serves on the Committee for Prestressing Steel and the Strand Bond FAST Team at the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute; as chairman of ASTM A01 Task Group for Prestressing Steel; and, as past member on the Strand Manufacturing Plant Certification Committee at the Post-Tensioning Institute.
