World Center for Concrete Technology Co-Director Eric Krebs (left) took a break during the 2006 MCPX at the Anaheim (Calif.) Convention Center to accept a $50,000 donation from Tarmac Û Titan America’s Kurt Trump, general manager-Block Division. A premier research and educational facility in Alpena, Mich., WCCT serves ready mixed and concrete products industries, and is one of the few facilities in the world that provides hands on, materials-based training with full-scale production equipment.
WCCT is self-sustaining, relying solely on funding from industry organizations, facility rental, programs, joint research and training projects, and equipment donations.
