Through a newly penned licensing agreement, Alamo, Calif.-based Forfam Inc. has transferred production and marketing of its Shute Shutter and ShuteValve mixer truck safety device and dispensing equipment to Green Vision Partners LLC. The products join a self-contained chute rinsing system and filtration device-the SRS Slurry Recycling Solution and Stream-hawk Weir Filter-San Juan Capistrano, Calif.-based Green Vision has developed for ready mixed operations. Forfam's Jack Jamieson, principal, and Jim Bergantz, director of sales & marketing, will assist Green Vision in engineering and product development. Bergantz will continue to lead Shute Shutter and ShuteValve sales efforts.
