Spring Lake, Mich.-based Hines Corp. has closed on a deal for Kimble Mixer Co. and sister fabrication and chassis companies, noting that the mixer truck and component businesses will continue to operate independently and without interruption or name change. Since its founding in 1994, New Philadelphia, Ohio-based Kimble Mixer has “grown into a major force in the industry by paying attention to customers and constantly improving product,” says CEO Jim Cahill. “Hines Corporation shares our vision and is the perfect partner to help us reach the next levels of success.”
