The Bayshore Town Center North Parking Structure recently garnered a Wisconsin Builder Top Projects of 2006 award for Waukesha, Wis.-based Spancrete Group, Inc., as well as Corna/Kokosing Construction Co. The 600,000-sq.-ft. parking structure located in Glendale, Wis., is a mixed-use facility providing retail, parking and residential space to nearby Bayshore Town Center. The 16-month project, completed in November 2006, required blending three levels of parking with the Bayshore façade.

Besides the Bayshore parking structure, Spancrete provided precast components for five additional award-winning projects: Forest County Potawatomi Executive Building; Bucyrus International; Palermo Villa Manufacturing Facility & Corporate Headquarters; University of Wisconsin - Park Street Development; and, Tri-North Builders Corporate Headquarters. Sponsored by The Daily Reporter and Wisconsin Builder, the competition highlighted 30 projects statewide completed in 2006.
