Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct recently signed a design-build contract with All Children's Hospital for delivery of a $9.85 million parking garage to serve a new medical office building in St. Petersburg, Fla. Construction began in the first quarter of 2007 with completion scheduled before the end of the year.

Also slated for 2007 is collaboration with Jack Jennings & Sons on the Orlando Lutheran Towers Parking Garage in downtown Orlando. Finfrock will act as architect and engineer of record, and precast supplier for the 250-space structure. The project extends a 20-plus year relationship between the two companies.
