The 2007 New England Concrete Masonry Association (NECMA) Design Award of Excellence was presented to the project team behind the Rock Cats Stadium - Fun Zone in New Britain, Conn. The association recognized local firms TO Design LLC and LTC Construction for design and installation.

The Design Awards program is cosponsored by NECMA and the National Concrete Masronry Association to highlight and promote concrete masonry construction and landscaping. A panel comprising architects and a Massachusetts Trowel Trades Association representative judged the entries to select a winning project exhibiting design innovation and outstanding aesthetics, as well as functional utility, economy, environmental harmony, energy conservation, and attention to social concerns.
