During their annual meeting, timed with the 2008 National Ready Mixed Concrete Association Convention in Las Vegas, Concrete Plant Manufacturers Bureau members voted unanimously to create a $5,000 CPMB scholarship for a student at Middle Tennessee State University's charter Concrete Industry Management Program. The scholarship will be available to a CIM faculty-designated student beginning with the 2008 fall term, providing $2,500 per semester (given a minimum B GPA).
