INVENTION FACILITATES QUOIN CORNER CREATION
The original design of a device to eliminate the need for repeated leveling and measuring while building brick quoin corners is currently available for licensing or sale. An inventor from Stahlstown, Pa., created a prototype and has been issued a U.S. patent.
Use of the Quoin Corner Line Block is said to prevent the occurrence of defects that would require the complete rebuilding of an entire corner to correct. The invention is also designed to increase productivity by reducing the amount of time required for initial corner building. Additionally, its durable design permits repeated use.
More information on the Quoin Corner Line Block can be obtained from Invention Submission Corp., Dept. 02-WGH-2278, 217 Ninth Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222; 412/288-1300, ext. 1368; www.isc-online.com
