Sunroc Corp., the flagship aggregates, ready mixed, masonry and construction services business of St. George, Utah-based Clyde Cos., has expanded its Northern Utah region, acquiring the assets of Tri-County Concrete. Based in Roosevelt, east of Salt Lake City, the company supplies construction aggregates and ready-mixed concrete to municipalities, contractors and do-it-yourself project customers in Utah’s Duchesne, Uintah and Daggett counties. Tri-County employees will continue in their current positions with Sunroc, led by Operations Manager Clint Gardner.

Sunroc builds Wyoming base in Arrowhead Concrete deal

Sunroc has closed on Arrowhead Concrete, a Rock Springs, Wyo., operator with one fixed and a second portable ready mixed plant. The assets extend Sunroc’s footprint in southwest Wyoming, joining two ready mixed plants (Rock Springs, Green River) along or near Interstate 80, plus two aggregate sites near Green River. The existing concrete and aggregates properties are transitioning from the Gorge Rock to Sunroc brand.
