Four-plant, prestressed hollow core panel producer Fabcon Precast has named Mike Rafi chief executive officer. He succeeds Mike LeJeune, who transitions to chairman of the board after overseeing day-to-day operations for 20 years. Rafi has served in senior leadership roles over the past two decades, gaining exposure to manufacturing and construction, along with merger & acquisition activity. He was most recently Contech Engineered Solutions CEO, leading into its acquisition by Quikrete Cos., and had arrived at the concrete and steel infrastructure solutions specialist following an Oshkosh Corp. management tenure.

Mack Trucks recently named Steve Jugovic as regional vice president, Canada, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle in new business transactions, including dealer and fleet sales, full-service lease, rental and contact maintenance services. Prior to the appointment, Jugovic worked at Mack Financial Services Canada, where he led operations as managing director for nearly eight years. During his tenure, he built strong relationships with customers and dealers and helped to develop a high-performing Canadian team.

Volvo Construction Equipment President Martin Weissburg will transition in the same capacity to Mack Trucks in June 2018 and remain a Volvo Group Executive Board member. He served as president of Volvo Financial Services Americas from 2005 to 2010, when he was named to lead the global unit, and appointed to his present post in 2014. Based at the Mack Trucks headquarters in North Carolina, Weissburg succeeds Dennis Slagle, who will remain with the Volvo Group as a special projects leader reporting to CEO Martin Lundstedt.
