Second Rally for Roads urges Congress to make transportation jobs primary concern

Members of 14 transportation construction industry associations will descend on Washington, D.C., for the second annual Rally for Roads, the nation’s largest transportation funding advocacy rally on Tuesday, March 20. The first Rally for Roads drew more than 500 supporters last year, and this year’s event is expected to double participation.
