Forterra, Foley complete Southeast asset shuffle

In a deal with Columbus, Ga.-based concrete pipe and drainage structures operator Foley Products Co., Forterra has exchanged Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee plants for similar Mississippi and Texas assets plus $10 million in cash.
