Concrete Specialties offers Oldcastle Infrastructure key to Chicago market

Oldcastle Infrastructure has acquired Evanston, Ill.-based Concrete Specialties Co., which serves drainage and utility markets from four pipe and precast operations, and provides what management notes is “an excellent platform” for the upper Midwest. “Oldcastle Infrastructure is proud to partner with Concrete Specialties, and we are excited to expand our water management offering into Illinois and Wisconsin,” affirms President Simon Bates.
