The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association is accepting National Mixer Driver Championship registrations through August 13. Part written exam, part vehicle inspection and part driving course negotiation, the October 1-3 championship will be the centerpiece of the NRMCA ConcreteWorks Conference, September 30-October 4 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Fla.
The championship is open to drivers prevailing in member company mixer truck driving competitions or winners of similar state or regional association events; registration can be obtained here. NRMCA has also opened registration for the main ConcreteWorks Conference here.
