The ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I certification program has been approved for reimbursement under the Veteran’s Administration GI Bill. The provision applies to veterans who have participated in a Grade I certification session as of January 2020. It follows the agency’s implementation of an online ACI Certification application process, prepared and submitted with State of Michigan Approving Agency assistance earlier this year and available throughout the United States.

“The Institute is eager to make veterans aware of this reimbursement opportunity for one of the industry’s most popular credentials,” says ACI Managing Director, Certification John Nehasil. “With more than 15,000 ACI certifications administered this year, now is the perfect time for veterans to expand their concrete construction expertise.”

VA reimbursement for Field Testing Technician – Grade I candidates is the latest program to help veterans earn ACI Certification. The Veteran Rebate Program also assists them in earning valued industry credentials for various concrete construction careers. Additional ACI Certification program applications will be facilitated in the coming months. — www.ACICertification.org
