While the Cement Sisters and Game of Stones teams plied their trades at Solomon Colors Decorative Concrete Fair outdoor exhibits, Rachel Knigge Bruce took center stage in the indoor training area to execute a graphic recalling the star of a Steven Spielberg film synonymous with summer blockbuster. Armed with a Brickform stains and dyes, the founder of Bentonville, Ark.-based vinyl template and concrete surface specialist FLOORmaps Inc. and her team demonstrated stenciling and staining intricacies on a clean, plain slab. Solomon Colors Area Sales Manager Steve Johnston finished the job with multiple coats of Brickform’s “wet look” Poly Seal.
