Next generation Schmidgall family member leads HawkeyePedershaab

Brad Schmidgall has been promoted from HawkeyePedershaab executive vice president of Sales to president. He will lead sales, engineering and service groups, working alongside Ryan Gable, HawkeyePedershaab CEO and managing director of St. Louis-based BW Forsyth Partners, which acquired the company in 2016.

Over a 16-year tenure, Schmidgall has worked out of both the Iowa and Denmark offices, and been an integral part of engineering, marketing and sales departments. “Brad’s varied experience and proven success with HawkeyePedershaab, along with his alignment with BW Forsyth Partners’ people-centric vision, makes him the ideal person to fill this role,” says Gable. “We feel very fortunate to promote an internal candidate who knows the business and the team as well as Brad does, and who will be able to offer valuable strategic direction and enrich our customers’ trust.”
