Sheltered storage

Fabric building solutions specialist has announced the Commodity HD Building, featuring an open side that simplifies bulk and aggregate storage. The design allows for the structure to be broken down into separate storage bays, making it easy to keep aggregate materials separate. The Commodity HD also offers clearance for large equipment access and maneuvering.

Commodity HD Buildings can be clad with custom covers and end panels. For those looking to cover the open side, side panels are available to either partially or completely enclose the side. The structure is also built to withstand corrosive environments. The frame is built from American-milled, triple-galvanized steel, and each building is covered with 12.5 oz., 24 mil ripstop polyethylene fabric, which is UV resistant and available in four color options. Commodity HD Buildings carry warranties of 50 years on the frame and 20 years on the cover.

“The Commodity Building provides efficient storage with direct access to individual commodity bays. These buildings can also work as garages, allowing direct access to equipment without needing to shuffle other things stored in the way,” says ClearSpan Research & Development Manager Kevin Koch.
