The merged companies can offer a wide range of color blending systems for block and paver producers, along with batch plants scaled to precast production. In ready mixed, Merts is especially known for the Big EZ, a self-contained, modular batch plant equipped to produce 10 yd. in just over a minute. Shipped with a pre-wiring package that simplifies electrical connections, expediting start up, the Big EZ is offered with such options as lighting and remote control systems.
The transaction brings Pathfinder Systems years of engineering and design background, plus expanded manufacturing capability and parts network, along with what company officials note is top of the line customer service—before and after the sale.
