A Mack Granite Axle Forward model mounted with a McNeilus 11-yd. Bridgemaster mixer is the centerpiece of the 2014 Concrete Industry Management Program auction, to be staged at the Las Vegas Convention Center on January 22—World of Concrete day two.
“The truck chassis donated by Mack Trucks and the concrete mixer donated by McNeilus Company is the strong foundation we need to help ensure a successful CIM Auction at the 2014 World of Concrete,” says CIM Auction Committee Chairman Michael Philipps. “Over the past many years, these two industry-leading manufacturers have collaborated on a significant donation to our auction. It speaks volumes of their commitment to the concrete industry and the importance they place on the CIM program.”

The 2014 Mack model is spec’ed with GU713-21018 chassis; Mack Cornerstone frame with 9.5- x 300- x 90-mm single rail; 248-in. wheelbase; MP7-365M engine with REPTO; Allison 4500 RDS 6-speed transmission; Mack UniMax FXL 20,000-lb. front axle and Mack S462 46,000-lb. rear axle; and, Hendrickson HMX 46,000-lb. rear suspension. The Bridgemaster mixer includes 46-in. paver opening; 1/4-in. fins with 3/16-in. drum shell; three extension chutes on vertical hanger; electronic drum controls with start-stop-resume; PMP drum drive with five-year warranty; aluminum fenders on tandem wheels; 54 Series Eaton hydraulics; and, 150-gal. aluminum water tank.
The ninth annual CIM auction will be held in the Las Vegas Convention Center North Hall Room N262. The silent auction will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., followed by live auction beginning at 1 p.m. Online bidding will be available on the Ritchie Bros. website, www.rbauction.com. Electronic auction bidders must register a week in advance at the Ritchie Bros. site. Live auction participants can register on site up to the Wednesday, January 22 event.
