CEMENT SLURRY WATER TREATMENT

GelMaxx is a blend of proprietary additives designed to process cement-based slurry into reusable water and recyclable solids. The two-part approach, with AQUAmaxx and ECO-QUICKgel agents, provides maximum results for 100-percent recyclable solutions that meet Environmental Protection Agency requirements for process water.

A liquid product dosed at about 2–2.5 percent rate of total water volume, AQUAmaxx separates suspended solids from processed water within minutes—essentially wrapping itself around cement particles, dropping them to the bottom of a vessel. Treated water can be pH-adjusted and disposed of, or recycled back into production.

ECO-QUICKgel (shown here treating slurry from a slab cut, along with close up of hardened, slurry-binding gel) can absorb liquid solids into a safe material that can be disposed of immediately. It meets the EPA Method 9095B paint filter test and EPA regulations for proper disposal methods. Dosed at 20 grams per gallon, treated material will create a gel like substance within minutes that is safe to dispose of in a standard waste container.
