A strategic alliance announced at the recent Bauma trade fair in Munich will position mix placing equipment giant Putzmeister and plant equipment specialist Simem SpA to increase their global market share in concrete, environmental engineering and industrial market segments. The companies are finalizing details of the alliance, including terms for the North American businesses, Simem America Corp., San Antonio, and Putzmeister America Inc., Sturtevant, Wis.
