After two years of co-locating its annual ICON Expo with NPCA’s Precast Show, NCMA is eyeing a standalone event for 2014, ICON X Change, with a business-to-business meeting format in hotel suites replacing a traditional trade exhibit.
The format will allow more one-on-one time with producers and specific vendors, and a more efficient method of connecting, NCMA officials note. It fosters productive engagement, they add, and represents an appropriately scaled event for the industry. Dates, location and additional details for ICON X Change are forthcoming.
NPCA will stage The Precast Show 2014, February 13–15, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston.
